4. Data Storage and Security

RezX stores data securely in Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers located in Europe. We have implemented appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

5. Data Retention

We retain data for the duration of an active tenancy and for seven years after the tenancy concludes. After this period, tenants may request deletion of their data by contacting us at privacy@rezx.co.uk.

6. User Rights

RezX respects users' rights regarding their personal data. Please note the following rights under data protection laws:

  • Access: Tenants may request access to their data, including personal information and communications history, by contacting their property management company.
  • Correction: Tenants may request corrections to any inaccurate information directly through their property management company.
  • Deletion: Tenants may request deletion of their data after the tenancy ends and the data retention period has concluded. To submit a deletion request, please contact privacy@rezx.co.uk.

We comply with applicable data protection laws when transferring data internationally. Our primary data storage is located in Europe, and we implement measures to ensure compliance with regulations such as GDPR.
