These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RezX's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using RezX's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

2. Services Description

RezX provides a conversational AI platform designed to assist property management companies across the entire property management lifecycle. This includes, but is not limited to, property maintenance support, pre-qualifying applicants, scheduling viewings and appointments, and managing tenant interactions. The Services facilitate communication between tenants, property managers, and vetted contractors to address property management needs efficiently.

3. Website Access and Use

The RezX website provides information about our Services, a sign-in link for existing customers, and a demo request option for potential clients. No direct sign-up for the product is available through the website. By accessing the website, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws. We use Google Analytics and Hotjar to understand website usage; these do not store personal data or use cookies.

4. User Accounts and Access

Only property managers will have login credentials to access the RezX product's features. Tenants interact with property managers and the AI solution via external communication tools such as WhatsApp, email, or voice. Property managers are responsible for maintaining the security of their login information and any activity that occurs under their account.

5. Data Usage and Service Improvement

By using the RezX platform, property managers consent to the collection, processing, and storage of data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. RezX reserves the right to use aggregated, anonymized data collected through the system to improve the quality and performance of the Services. This includes, but is not limited to, enhancing AI accuracy, refining user experience, and improving various aspects of property management operations. No personally identifiable data will be shared with third parties for these purposes.

6. Communications

  • Tenant Communications: Communications with tenants are limited to maintenance support, troubleshooting, and repair coordination.
  • Property Manager Communications: Property managers may receive product updates, feature announcements, and other notifications to enhance their use of the Services.

7. Payments and Billing

No payments are processed through the RezX website or Services. Account-related billing is handled offline in accordance with the terms of each property management company's agreement with RezX.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

RezX reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for property managers in cases of non-payment, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms. Suspended accounts may result in restricted access to tenant communication and property management functions.

9. Third-Party Services

RezX uses trusted third-party services, including:

  • Twilio: Facilitates WhatsApp communication between tenants and property managers, allowing for a convenient and accessible support channel.
  • OpenAI: Powers the conversational AI to enhance interactions and provide accurate, context-aware responses.
  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): Provides secure data storage within Europe, ensuring high standards of data protection.

Use of these services through RezX constitutes acceptance of these third parties' terms and policies. RezX is not responsible for the terms, conditions, and policies of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RezX and its affiliates, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Services.
  • Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
  • Any actions or recommendations provided by the Services in response to property maintenance or management inquiries, including but not limited to any physical actions taken by tenants or other users in reliance on these recommendations.

RezX specifically disclaims liability for any injury or harm that may occur as a result of actions taken by users in response to maintenance troubleshooting guidance provided through the Services. Users are advised to exercise caution, follow all relevant safety guidelines, and contact a professional when necessary.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

RezX may modify these Terms from time to time. If changes are made, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this document or through other communication. Continued use of the Services after modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
